Telltale Games’ Game of Thrones has been gaining attention recently now that the developer released the title’s first teaser trailer just last week. Today, we’re learning some additional details regarding the game thanks to its official Steam listing.
Game of Thrones will consist of six episodes, with the first one expected to be released in December 2014. The complete season is priced at $29.99, but those who pre-purchase the game will receive a 10% discount, which results in a price of $26.99.
The first season will see players assuming the role of a total of five members of House Forrester that span a number of locales fans of the TV series may recognize, such as King’s Landing and The Wall. The events that take place in the game are said to take place between the end of the third season and the beginning of the fifth season of the television series.
