Playstation 3 owners who would like to experience Battlefield 4, but have been cautious, will now be able to thanks to a new trial offer on PlayStation Network.

With today's PlayStation Store update, PlayStation Plus members will be able to experience a trial version of Battlefield 4. All members need to do is find Battlefield 4 in the PlayStation Store and download the full trial version.

Players will be able to experience a total of 168 hours with the trial version of Battlefield 4 across both single player and online multiplayer modes. This should be more than enough time to decide whether the game is right for you, especially after the release of today's massive fall update.

I did a double-take there. 168 free hours?! At that point... just make it free. Or are they counting on those couple thousand that play the whole trial and actually buy it?

Is this just a week long demo (7 days or 168 hours), or 168 actual hours of time playing the game?
