Frima Studio’s Chariot has finally made the leap to current-gen consoles as the game is available on PlayStation 4 starting today and will be released on Xbox One tomorrow.
Chariot stars a princess and her fiance as they guide the King’s coffin through the royal catacombs in order to find a sepulchre that’s good enough for him to be placed as his final resting place. The game uses physics-based mechanics to progress the coffin through catacombs that include, but are not limited to, swinging, riding, pulling and pushing it to its final destination.
Chariot offers co-op gameplay allowing players to control both the princess as well as her fiance, who strangely enough continues to remain nameless.
Chariot is expected to land on both Wii U and Steam, although an exact release date has yet been announced.
