Ubisoft has announced that Child of Light will come to Vita in July, as both a digital and retail package.

The beautiful watercolor-styled RPG Child of Light is coming to Vita, Ubisoft announced today. It will hit digitally on July 1 for $14.99, alongside a retail edition with extra content.

IGN reports that the retail edition will include all of the DLC: a bonus quest, a new character, and various collectibles. The price for the retail edition has not been announced.

Child of Light is already available on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U. Our review called it "magnificently balanced" with a "gorgeous presentation."

Yeah, same here, except PS3. Hope it turns into a cross-buy/cross-save.

Oh lemme guess, it won't be cross-save because of the extra content that won't be patched into the console versions?

they seem to be more than willing to sell shitty DLC at launch for dumb expendable items. i would expect new DLC for the console versions

Don't be mad. No one is making you buy or play anything.

i welcome content DLC, i'm just pissing on the shitty expendable items DLC they have now. i just don't see any reason why they wouldn't release that extra content on consoles
