Warner Bros has announced its sets of retailer-exclusive pre-order bonuses for Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, in addition to the previously announced Dark Ranger pack. Depending on where you pick up your copy, you can get one of four runes to help Talion survive his assault on the orcs.

Buying at Amazon gets you the "Deadly Archer" rune, which deals extra damage from ranged attacks. Best Buy's "Flame of Arnor" rune lets you set your sword on fire for a higher combo count. GameStop grants the "Hidden Blade" rune for extra damage with stealth attacks, along with a "Captain of the Watch" character skin. Finally, pre-ordering on Steam gets you an "Orc Slayer" rune for additional special attack damage. All of them will get the Dark Ranger pack, which includes a character skin and Challenge Mode.

WB paired the news with a new trailer that explains the weapons and runes system. Shadow of Mordor is due October 7.
