I started messing around with the beta this morning. It took about an hour to get downloaded/patched and the opening takes a lot more time than I expected. I will definitely play more of it today.

Up to 14 now and I am having a ton of fun with this. It seems to work really well on the PS4 with a controller. I have a mouse/keyboard attached to make a few UI things easier, but play with just a controller when actually questing. I ended up ordering the game and will probably play through to the cap just to see the leveling content. I doubt I will get too hardcore about it.

I want this game. I was in the beta a little while ago for PS4 and it was fun. But can someone convince me to spend money on it monthly?

Does this run at 30fps locked or 60, or 30 unlocked? I must know.

I haven't played it on the PS4, but I was in the PC beta as well as retail for 2 months. I was able to cap out all the jobs and get them geared in that time.

Overall, in the time I played it, it was fun, but toward the end of my time, it was just a giant grind and the community was turning in on itself. It's had a few patches since I stopped playing, with some content updates and such, but I personally don't have any desire to go back.

I think it's worth a buy and at least a few months of playing if you're a MMO player, the story is decent as well.

Seems like fun but it took me over an hour to get started after downloading and installing from pan.

Yeah between downloading, updating, and starting off it takes like two hours just to get rolling.

The PS4 version is super smooth, also playing on the VITA and doing fates was slick and did not see any lag.

Hope to run some dungeons with my char tonight. I AM LEGACY

It looks real nice and smooth but did you notice something wasn't quite right when whipping the camera around?

If you guys are going to get this, just make sure not to get hacked. I did and got my account suspsended (mostly my fault, I didn't feel like making a new entry in Keepass when I made the account so I had an easy password) but I called up support and after 15 minutes they told me that they would investigate my account and that I should have my account back in 2 weeks and it's been nearly 6 months. Maybe i'll try again over the summer when I have more time to play, because the game IS fun.
