Square Enix's upcoming HD remaster of Final Fantasy X and X-2 is more than just a simple HD port. The upcoming PS3 and Vita game features vastly improved graphics thanks to new character models and enhanced textures. It's definitely one of the more impressive remasters of the generation.

But wait, there's more! Square Enix has revealed that they plan on adding additional content to the compilation.

According to Siliconera, there will be a new 30 minute "drama" that will play during the compilation's credits sequence. The new sequence is written by Kazushige Nojima, scenario writer for the original games, and will feature newly recorded voices.

There's no clue on what the expanded ending will offer, but we'll just throw this idea out there: Final Fantasy X-3.

I just want to know if the hard mode is available right off the bat, or if you need to unlock it. If it's the latter, meh...

Hopefully it's more about 30 minutes of closure rather than setting up something for an X-3.

I hope not. Unless they make a game that canonically links X to VII to make way for a VII remake/remaster?

As long as the X-X2 remastered sell well then we get XII remastered next and that's what I want!!!! More Ivalice would be welcomed!

Yes, X-2 is totally the one I wanted remade. I haven't been holding out for a VII remake for the last decade or anything. Not at all.

      I'm not bitter, I swear.
