And this is the reason I can't have nice things. I've been doing the Code Year sequence over at CodeAcademy, successfully so far I might add, but just when I think I start to understand what's going on my brain decides to dump anything I thought I learned into oblivion. Oh, grade school math? Surely, a college graduate can manage to remember. But no, the answer is no.

Too long; didn't read - hey guys, I'm stupid.

Chatty posts of the moment:

Make sure you log-in and check your filters if you can't see the following:

  • "Let's talk Souls games. Your choice: Demon's Souls or Dark Souls. I just can't quit these games. I dusted off my first Dark character last night, a pyro/melee warrior-ess, and took her through Artorias in the new content. She's fun, but kinda broken: 60-some strength, 48 endurance--stats much higher than needed. I think it's common knowledge by now that the returns on any stat greater than 50 are much lower than returns at 50 or under. But, she still burninates and cleaves through armor like a boss." Stay Dead demo 1.0. "At its core Stay Dead is a 'round beat'em up' like Street Fighter with elements taken from rhythm games. The brand new idea behind Stay Dead is to have a real time interaction inside a cinematographic scene, using the main character as if he would be a videogame character. Stay Dead is the union of movies and videogames. Finally, the sound and graphic quality of a movie joins effectively the interaction of a next generation videogame, creating a unique and involving game experience. LIBERTY OF ACTION In Stay dead, even if the graphic is entirely shot in real life, you can move your character and you can perform more than 150 different techniques distributed in 5 stages. Use all the classic moves of the fighting games, just watch the result of your stunts with a never seen before spectacularity that just a real life shot with a cinematographic direction can provide."
