2K Games announced today that the free two-player cooperative mode is now available to download across all platforms. There will be four missions, each with "waves of enemies and blinding sandstorms."

That seems... kind of contradictory to the theme of the game.
"Waves of enemies", "four missions" - as in, no campaign co-op? I'll pass.
