Rumor: Call of Duty Bundle Coming to Xbox 360

8
IGN spotted two listings (one at GameStop and one at Amazon) for Call of Duty: The War Collection, which reportedly contains full versions of Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, and Call of Duty: World at War.

Call of Duty 2 was developed by Infinity Ward, while Call of Duty 3 and World at War were developed by Treyarch. Amazon dates the bundle for June 1st. GameStop lists the release date as June 8th. Only an Xbox 360 version has been listed at this time and could be priced at $59.99 for the three games.

Treyarch is currently working on Call of Duty: Black Ops for a November 2010 release. Those left at Infinity Ward are working on the second map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure you can snag all 3 of those games for MUCH less than $60. So, what extra cool stuff are they putting in that collection?

You're not crazy. Another rip-off. I'm sure it'll sell thousands of more units to more unwitting dumb fucks.

Correction: new at reg price CoD:WaW and CoD:MW are still $40 each so the $60 is a savings over buying them separately.

CoD: MW isn't in the pack and many places sell CoD2 and 3 at marked down prides. The only one there with a still-meaningful price is WaW, the others can be gotten for $10 or less if you look around.
