Ubisoft says you can pass Go, you can collect a free copy of Monopoly, and you can do it before the end of the week before this deal disappears.

Looking for something to play while hanging out with your family during quarantine? Tired of playing real board games and cleaning up the pieces when someone rage quits a game? Ubisoft has just the thing: a free digital copy of Monopoly that you can play on PC for the rest of the week.

This week only, Ubisoft has made its PC version of Monopoly free to play until Friday. That means you can log on and play for free by way of UPlay.

"You want to enjoy a #StayAtHome afternoon to play a good old boardgame with the family? @Ubisoft is taking care of it: the #Monopoly video game is available for free on UPlay until the end of the week!"  the official Ubisoft Paris Twitter account tweeted.

It looks like at the end of the week, you'll have to purchase the game if you want to keep it beyond then. It'll run you $6 if you want to keep it. That's a little lame, considering the game isn't that expensive to begin with, but if after a week of Monopoly with friends and family you still want to play it, it's probably super worth it to you.

Ubisoft isn't the only company serving up free games occasionally during the lockdown. There are several different freebies going out as of late, from Xbox and PlayStation and the Epic Games Store, as usual. Be sure to let us know what you've been playing while in quarantine. We've got nothing better to do than hang out here with you, you know! Just kidding. We love you.
