El Dragon Jr is just one of many rare spawns that players can come across in Borderlands 3. Like the other rare spawns in Borderlands 3, it's entirely possible to play through the game completely without every coming across many of these. Because of this, we've put together a handy guide that should make finding El Dragon Jr’s location much easier.

To find El Dragon Jr, players are going to need to play through the game until they reach Eden-6. Here you can infiltrate Jakobs Estate, one of the many zones on this planet. To find El Dragon Jr, you’re going to need out from the fast travel point in Jakobs Estate and follow the left-hand side of the map. This will lead you through a section with several enemies.

Continue through the enemies and make your way to the location we have set on the map above. This is where El Dragon Jr will spawn. Unfortunately, as stated above, he isn’t a guaranteed spawn, so it might take a few tries of leaving and coming back to make him spawn. However, if you can get El Dragon Jr to spawn, you can take him down (he is a Goliath type enemy), you’ll have a chance to unlock the Unleash the Dragon Legendary Artifact.

If you’re having trouble taking down El Dragon Jr, then you’ll want to do a few things. First, focus on dealing as much damage to this enemy as quickly as possible. We’d also suggest ensuring you don’t have a ton of aggro from other enemies when fighting him as well, as he hits rather hard. You’ll also want to stay on the move as much as possible, to keep from taking any melee hits from El Dragon Jr.
