Facebook and Oculus are working on their own AR glasses

The glasses are reportedly being manufactured in tandem with Ray-Ban's parent company.

Facebook and Oculus want to bring their own AR glasses to market, as announced during today's Oculus Connect 6 presentation. First reported via CNBC and The Information on September 17, Facebook will be partnering with Ray-Ban parent company Luxottica to bring the glasses to fruition. The partnership is being referred to as "Orion" internally.
