Weekend Console Deals for Sep. 20: Untitled Goose Game launch discount

Tokyo Game Show is over and that means it's time to dive all the way in with the fall lineup of games. I can use this space to try and sell you on great games that have released in the past year or I could sell you on GOTY candidates from years past. However, this is a rare occasion where a fall release with a lot of positive buzz is launching with a significant discount. Hey, you want to play around with a goose and be a jerk to people? Untitled Goose Game is out now on Nintendo Switch and it's out with a 25 percent discount!

If you need something else to play, you're going to find a trio of great games to try out if you're an Xbox LIVE Gold member. There's a free weekend going down for Just Cause 4, Dead by Daylight: Special Edition (which just got its Stranger Things update), and TerraTech. So give those a shot. And over at PlayStation, the Big in Japan sale is winding down, so this is your last chance to get some great games made by our friends in Japan.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak.
