If you’ve been a passenger on the Borderlands 3 hype train, then no doubt you’ve heard rumors of the “gun gun”, a special weapon that shoots out guns instead of bullets. If you’ve been playing the latest chapter of the Borderlands series and are curious how to get your hands on this weapon, then we can help. Formally known as the Eridian Fabricator, the “gun gun” as the community has dubbed it allows users to shoot out a load of guns on the floor. In this guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get your hands on the Eridian Fabricator.

Before we go any further, we do want to stress that while we will do our best to avoid any spoilers, it’s very possible that the text in this article will allude to major plot points in the later portions of Borderlands 3’s campaign. Because of this, we only suggest reading this article if you’re okay with spoiling some of the best twists of the story.

Eridian Fabricator - Get the “gun gun” in Borderlands 3

In order to get the Eridian Fabricator, players are going to need to make their way through a good majority of the campaign. After you reach a certain point (you’ll know it when you get there) things take a bit of a turn and players will soon find themselves visiting a special planet. It’s on this planet that you can collect the Eridian Fabricator, which will allow you to shoot out 10 guns for only 10 Eridium.

Without giving too much away, you’ll receive this weapon as a reward for helping an intrepid traveler complete a series of quests. It’s impossible to miss getting the weapon, as these quests are all part of the main story campaign. So, in short, all you need to do is play the campaign until you acquire this weapon.

One important thing to keep in mind is that this weapon will always be in your inventory. As far as we can tell it doesn’t allow you to put it into your Bank, which means you’re going to be stuck carrying it around. This shouldn’t be a big issue so long as you’ve already increased your inventory, though.
