How to check your mail in Borderlands 3

Throughout the campaign in Borderlands 3, different corporations like Jakobs, Atlas, and Maliwan will send you packages that often contain better weapons and gear. If you want to make the most of these items, then you’re going to need to make a good habit of checking your mail pretty often.

Borderlands 3 - how to check your mail
Your mailbox can often contain better weapons or gear from all kinds of manufacturers in the Borderlands universe.

To check your mail in Borderlands 3, head to the Social tab after you press Escape to bring up the start menu. After selecting Social, navigate over to the envelope tab. This is where you’ll see all the mail that you’ve received since you started playing Borderlands 3. If you forget to check it often, you’ll probably have a nice backlog of weapons and gear that you can sell off to the vendors because you’re too strong to use it anymore.

Not only is your inbox a great place to get new gear, but it’s a really good way to earn a fair bit of extra money as you can sell off any items that you receive that you don’t want or need. Now that you know how to check your mail, you can also use the Social tab to invite friends and even use Shift Codes.
