Apple announced a very useful feature for those looking to track their menstrual cycles right from their Apple Watch: Cycle Tracking.

The new Cycle Tracking app can be used to track your period, offering a quick, simple, and discreet way to visualize how your cycle behaves, what type of flow you're having, and even when it may begin, based on data it's collected in the past.

Menstrual cycle tracking will be available without an Apple Watch as well, because it's built into iOS 13's Health app, which means you can still use it even if you don't wear most of your personal information (especially sensitive stuff like that) on your wrist.
