This week on Shack's Arcade Corner, we are taking a look at the classic arcade racer Out Run. The game was developed and published by Sega, and hit arcades in 1986. Players could take advantage of branching paths in the game, which was pretty revolutionary for a racing game at the time. The game won several awards and the arcade cabinet sold very well. Out Run saw ports to several consoles and some sequels, but the original arcade cabinet definitely holds a special place in a lot of gamers' hearts. Please take a look at this video to find out more.
