Microsoft Studios will acquire Brian Fargo's inXile Entertainment, creators of Wasteland 2 and Bard's Tale 4. This boost their platform with some awesome RPG credibility. "The DNA of the company will remain exactly the same," said Fargo during X018.

Fargo is known for the Bard's Tale series and while he has quite a bit of work experience with some of Obsidian's founders, the two newly-acquired Microsoft Studios will continue to operate independent of one another. That makes two awesome RPG developer studios to join Xbox today.
