Wanted: Dust-Choked Thrag - Destiny 2

Hunt the Wanted Dust-Choked Thrag hiding in the Excavation Site XII lost sector in Destiny 2.

Each week the Spider will roll out a collection of Wanted bounties for Guardians to track down escaped Prison of Elders inmates. Some will reward Powerful gear, and others will be more for your Triumphs. In the case of the Dust-Choked Thrag hiding out in Excavation Site XII in the EDZ, it’s more for the Triumphs. Still, Cayde-6 died fighting in the Prison of Elders, and revenge must be had, over and over and with no real end in sight.

Wanted: Dust-Choked Thrag - Excavation Site XII

You’re headed to the Firebase Hades region in the EDZ. You can spawn in at the Sunken Isles and make your way up there. Once you arrive, there will be three lost sectors on the map. One is in Firebase Hades, and you should ignore that. The other two are just across from Firebase Hades and are along the same wall. The Excavation Site XII is the upper lost sector of the two. Head inside.

The Dust-Choked Thrag is a very big Cabal, but it’s still unlikely that it will take more than a super ability to send him packing. At most you might have to follow your super ability with some rockets or another weapon that takes Heavy Ammo, but there’s nothing strange about this fight that should trip up average players with average skills. At worst, take your time and clear the room of all other Cabal so the fight with the Wanted Dust-Choked Thrag is not overwhelming.

When the Dust-Choked Thrag is dead, turn in the Wanted bounty from your inventory and make your way back out of the Excavation Site XII lost sector.
