Gamescom 2018 is underway in Cologne, Germany and the reveals are rolling out. Later sometime today, gamers and journalists around the world will get to see a "system update" for CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077, but Capcom is already out of the gate with a lengthy gameplay video for the long-awaited hack-and-slash sequel, Devil May Cry 5.
Those lucky enough to be attending Gamescom 2018 are treated to a hands-on experience with DMC 5 and YouTuber Arekkz Gaming shared his video sometime this morning. After he introduces the video while getting through the menus, you're treated to 15 minutes of combat, exploration, and a scattering of cutscenes.
The gameplay video above does end with a boss fight, so this is a pretty solid slice of the upcoming DMC 5 experience. There's going to be a lot more videos and reveals as Gamescom 2018 goes along, so stay tuned to Shacknews for additional updates. If this is anything like the last one they did (the reboot), which it looks like it is, I'm totally in.
