Shack's Arcade Corner: Snow Bros. Nick & Tom

We let Greg Burke out of the video mines long enough to tell us all about this old school platform arcade game.

This week on Shack's Arcade Corner, we take a look at Snow Bros. Nick & Tom. The 1990 plaform arcade game was developed and released by Toaplan and resembled a famous game featuring two mustachioed video game plumbers. Snow Bros. was definitely different in gameplay than some other platforms of the time, as Nick and Tom were able to throw snow at enemies on screen. The game had some interesting differences in gameplay for an arcade cabinet. There was no time limit, but instead a pumpkin that made levels harder after a certain amount of time. I fondly remember playing this game at my local Roundtable Pizza joint. Check out the video to find out more about Snow Bros. Nick and Tom.
