The unique indie game VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action from Ysbryd Games and Sukeban Games was a smash hit on Steam, selling over 200,000 copies. Now it's making its way to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Q1 2019.

VA-11 HALL-A is an engaging twist on traditional point and click games where you take on the role of a bartender named Jill who works at a dank little dive bar in a neon-tinged cyberpunk future. There are over 24 different drinks to mix for clients, and you'll need to figure out what to serve each potential customer as they pour into your bar and tell you their story.

As you learn more about each bar patron, more of the story is revealed about Glitch City and the megacorporation that runs everything: Zaibatsu Corp. It's an intriguing game studded with plenty of characters that are easy to bond with over mixed drinks as you discuss various topics with each of them, whether it's genetic modifications or the trials and tribulations of being an android sex worker.

“We were inspired by old-school adventure games, and really wanted to create a narrative experience without the pressures of obtaining a particular ending,” said Christoper “Kiririn51” Ortiz, co-founder, Sukeban Games. “Every story you hear is important, and drinks served to even the supporting characters can have tangible impacts on progression through the game.”

If you don't want to wait for a console release, you can pick up VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action now on Steam and PS Vita for $14.99.
