Suda51's Next Game Could Be A Wrestling Title

HipHopGamer caught up with Suda51 at PAX East 2018 to talk about Travis Strikes Again and future projects.

Our favorite video game hype man HipHopGamer caught up with Suda51 at PAX East 2018 to talk about Travis Strikes Again, Nintendo Switch and some of his influences. One of the most interesting moments in the interview was when Suda51 was asked about what got him into developing games. "It all started with a game called Fire Pro Wrestling," said Suda via a translator. Pro Wrestling is what gave him a chance to work in the industry. When asked if he would be interested in developing a new wrestling game, Suda responded "For his next game, if he was to make a new IP, he would definitely be interested in doing Pro Wrestling." Check out the whole video interview to hear more about Travis Strikes Again, and Suda's desire for Travis to be a fighter in Super Smash Bros.
