Ubisoft has many interesting plans in store to keep Far Cry 5 players busy, and the latest live event to hit the game is now underway. Following last week's Well Done challenge, where players were tasked with setting animals alight without the use of flamethrowers or molotov cocktails, this week's Arcade Dawn challenge aims to bring players into the game's separate Arcade mode for some custom-tailored solo or multiplayer gameplay. Just like last time, if all players around the world can meet the global requirement, the team at Ubisoft is prepared to dole out some special rewards.
How To Complete Far Cry 5 Arcade Dawn Challenge and Rewards
As might be expected by reading the event's title, Far Cry 5's Arcade Dawn live event challenge involves drpping into the game's Arcade mode. A lot of players have been diving headlong into the standard Far Cry 5 campaign without dipping a toe into the Arcade waters, but the new Arcade Dawn challenge presents an opportunity for players to see what it's all about and earn some rewards in the process.
Completing the Arcade Dawn challenge shouldn't be difficult for most players. After opting in to the challenge, players only need to spend 40 minutes playing in the Far Cry 5 Arcade mode. Assuming players across the globe can log a total of 2.4 million minutes — or 40,000 hours — across all gameplay sessions, all individual players who completed the challenge will be granted access to the old-school-styled Vector skin and the matching arcade-inspired player costume. Those who come under the time limit will still be rewarded 50 Silver Bars for their efforts.
The Far Cry 5 Arcade Dawn live event challenge is underway right now, and it will be active throughout the next week, at which point the event will end and a new event will begin.
