U.S. wants to nix TW/AOL Deal

According to Yahoo News the US Government is preparing to give the big thumbs down to the proposed merger of AOL and Time Warner. Whats the problem? The US wants everybody to have access to TW's cable network, while TW just wants all their cable modem users to have to use AOL. I wouldn't want that.
