E3 2016: We Happy Few Is Just As Trippy As Ever, But It's Been Delayed

The dystopian simulator reared its head at the Microsoft E3 2016 press conference.

We Happy Few, the eerie tale of a dystopian future where joy is the norm and everyone's basically mandated to be happy, was shown off during Microsoft's E3 2016 press briefing. It's as uncomfortable and unsettling as the game has looked when we've taken it in before during Alpha opportunities, and I'm happy to report it looks even better this time around.

Compulsion Games' demo showed off a fantastically dystopian vibe with a good chunk of gameplay to take in. An Xbox One preview is hitting on July 26, and it's mentioned as being "first to console." Previously it was targeted for a June 2016 release, but now it looks like we'll be waiting a little longer to give it a fair shake.
