Shacknews receives a slew of new screenshots and trailers for upcoming games everyday. The most anticipated titles receive their own post, because we know you're eager to see that content. For the rest, we have the Daily Filter, a place to feature all of the media we add to our enormous database on a daily basis.

Today's Daily Filter adds a series of 'Timeline' trailers for Star Wars: The Old Republic,a behind-the-scenes trailer for Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, as well as gameplay for Plants vs. Zombies.

There's also a reveal trailer for Contagion, producer videos for NBA Jam and NHL 11 as well as additional for NHL 2K11 and Burn Zombie Burn. We've also added new images for Datamine, League of Legends and Rhythm Core Alpha.

    Star Wars: The Old Republic videos are awesome but I{m sure the actual game is going to be a total chaos and after a while total boredom. 99% of Jedis and 1% of hunters.

    I know Bioware creates awesome RPGs but the lack of gameplay videos its just too suspicious...

      I agree with your assessment...every video is waaaay too canned. Even the ones with gameplay just seem very staged.

        Also, looking at this:


        The blind guys are explained as "near-humans" who come from a homeworld with no visible light...and they have "vestigial" eye sockets they cover up. I don't even know where to start with that...ffs...it's fine to ask people to suspend belief for some physically impossible laser swords, but this is just terrible.

        I know BioWare is putting a lot of their weight behind this title, but I can't help but feel apathetic after all the failed MMO launches out there. It just seems like a big wasteland of good intentioned games that die slow deaths.
