Lord of the Rings: Conquest Trailer Rides to War

Publisher Electronic Arts has passed along a new trailer for Pandemic Studios' Lord of the Rings: Conquest (PC, PS3, 360, NDS), a title in the vein of the developer's Star Wars: Battlefront series.

The game allows to take up arms on either side of the war for the One Ring, and features cooperative play either online or in offline split-screen play. Lord of the Rings: Conquest is expected to launch this fall. Registered users can use the HD Stream.

      I dunno, something about the video didn't seem right. The animations seemed bland, the graphics seem to hiccup, the whole thing reeked of mediocrity.

        I agree. It looks like a LotR themed mod for SW:Battlefront. Seems like Battlefield 2/BF2142 all over again.
