Head to SimCity Societies Destinations in May
Following a theme of travel and tourism, SimCity Societies Destinations will offer players another 100 new buildings to use in the urban planner. Check out a few screenshots of the additions, including a particularly un-aerodynamic plane, below.

How is this game? I see it's dropped in price and the reviews haven't been all that great.

I'm a huge sims fan. I own virtually every sims product made for every platform. I even beta tested for Maxis in the mid 90s. I'm almost a groupie it scares me. I'm also a big fan of Tilted Mill. Children of the nile is one of the best games, if not the best game of the genre. That said, Sim City Societies bored me to no end. Nothing happens, You can not fail, there is no guess work or experimentation, and there is no progress. You plop down buildings, if you do it "right" you get a bunch of unlocked buildings, happy Sims, and piles of cash. If you do it wrong, you unlock fewer buildings, the Sims are somewhat annoyed, and you get fewer piles of cash. The worst part is, nothing interesting ever happens. At least with the Sims, they are likely to pee themselves or burn the house down but in SCS, not even that much will happen. Yahtzee nailed it when he said this game is less fun than MS Paint.

If your a big fan of SimCity you will absolutely hate it.. basically they took everything great from SimCity and replaced it with that old ass game SimTown.
Basically the first paragraph under overview describes SCS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SimTown
