i think the "muscle suit" thing is kindof lame. i'll see how it plays out but from the demo it was some UI system that would pop up right in front of your face so you could change modes.

I think its ironic that for a game striving for so much immersion through great graphics they pop up a computer UI in your face...which totally puts you back in "oh i'm playing a computer game" mode.

Whine, whine. I suppose you find huds annoying too since they aren't realistic. The suit is great and the interface looks fine. Only the most whiny wanker would be put off by it.

how about that almost any vehicle in today's military other than a truck has a HUD? Are you suggesting they do away with all technology other than your gun?

Well I'm hoping for a hot key for the nano suit powers. The customization of weapons though really needs a hud to just simplify the whole process.

Well, I'd assume the goggles are for more than keeping dust out of your eyes. That's where the HUD goes.

half-Life had a pop-up UI to select the weapons.

BF2 has the same thing. It's the best way to do this, rather than having to press ESC and select shit from a menu.

Yeah it seems retarded, you only have four abilities anyway right? So that's what fucking f1 through to f4 is for.

its probably because of the console version.. they need the big visible icons on screen, PC doesnt really need it, a simple shortcut key would be suffice, i hope they include an option to just use the f1-fx keys

The HUD is for the noobs. There will be shortcuts.
