I'm so old-fashined. I still think morning updates should actually in the morning. Silly me. Anyway, the firefox troubles with the alternative post form have been fixed. (You can enable the alternative post form here)

So, I'm cooking dinner at the moment. Mashed cauliflower with potatoes and lots of chillipepper and tomatoes. Yum!

I declare today "share your best and worst recipes with the shack"-day. Surprise us! (Something for vegetarians like me too plz!)

As per Sander's recipie request I present the following:

      MANKEROO'S HUNGRY MAN POTATOE CASSEROLE

This is the dankest shit ever. The leftovers (if you dont eat the whole thing the first day) are awesome and easy (microwave)..

      Ingredients:
32 Ounce frozen Southern style hash browns
      1/4 cup melted butter
      1/4 tsp. pepper
      1/2 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
      (1) 12-ounce carton of sour cream (with chives if you can find it, if not just add a little dried chives)
      10 ounce Velveeta cheese

OK, defrost the potatoes and mix together all of the above ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 inch greased baking dish.

      Mix together:

      2 cups of Corn Flakes
      1/4 cup of butter

Put on top of casserole. Bake uncovered, for one hour @ 350 degrees. Serves 8 or so. EASY to make....you will LOVE IT.
