Enter The Matrix x 4 Million

84

Infogrames' Atari label has announced it wil ship more than four million copies of Enter the Matrix to retail outlets worldwide to meet retail demand. It's the largest initial shipment ever for the publisher, though of course it remains to be seen if people really are looking forward to the game this much. The game will go on sale May 15, when the Matrix Reloaded movie opens.

If I had an XBOX, that would be my choice. I prefer PCs by a longshot (FPS fan) but for a controller type game I would prefer playing it on my 32" TV, even if the GFX would not be as sweet as on a monitor.

The number of CDs alone on the PC is going to make it a pain in the ass, it's either going to be swap-city, or need a huge install.

Infogrames did paper sleeves for UT2K3, which was 3 CDs. I expect no better from them.

and they'll probably stick the CD key somewhere on page 13 of the booklet.

I agree, I'd get it for xbox. But I'm not really interested in this game unless it gets good reviews.
