Interact has announced the Mobile Monitor 5.4 for the GameCube. This is a 5.4 inch LCD screen that you can attach to the back of the GameCube, so you can take your Cube with you if you go on a trip. Even comes with a car adapter. The Mobile Monitor won't exactly be cheap, it should retail for some $150. In addition to this, Interact is working on a rechargeable battery pack which should power the Cube and the Monitor for about 2.5 hours for if you don't have access to a power outlet.
