You can now catch Jirachi in Pokemon Go

Catch the legendary Wish Pokemon and check out all the new rewards for completing Global Challenges!

3

Now that trainers have successfully completed all three parts of the Pokemon Go Global Challenge, they've unlocked a very special bonus: the addition of the Legendary Pokémon Jirachi.

The Pokemon is now available via Special Rewards. If you've completed the Pokemon Go Fest Special Research and have already caught the adorable Wish Pokemon, then just complete the Special Research to earn candy to power up Jirachi.

But that's not all there is to enjoy thanks to the labor you trainers put in for the Global Challenge. In a recent post on the official Pokemon Go blog, Niantic broke down what all you can expect to look forward to now that the challenges have been completed. From September 2 through September 9, never-before-seen eggs will be hatching including Unova forms U, L, T, R, and A from 10 om eggs.

From September 9 through September 16, regional Pokemon like Kangaskhan and Mr. Mime will hatch from certain eggs. Finally, from September 16 through September 23, Mewtwo will be available for 5-star raids. You may even encounter a Shiny Mewtwo if you're lucky. You'll also find Shiny Patrat, Shiny Lillipup, and Shiny Klink, so keep an eye out while exploring.

What's left to do next? Keep calm and start exploring, of course! You want one of those fancy Pokemon, right?

      "Unova forms U, L, T, R, and A from 10 om eggs"

      Close...

The pokemon called 'Unknown' which has 28 forms will be showing up in it's U L T R and A forms. Also, some pokemon from the Unova region will be showing up for the first time. Those are the 5th generation pokemon that are going to be added to the game starting with this event. :)
