Challenge: The Shattered - Toland Located in Destiny 2

Destiny 2: Forsaken has been out a couple weeks now, but that hasn’t stopped players from finding new secrets that often lead to more questions than answers. Such is the case with a daily bounty offered by Petra Venj called Challenge: The Shattered, where Guardians are tasked with completing an objective called Toland Located.
Challenge: The Shattered - Toland Located
Set a course for the Dreaming City destination and load into the only fast-travel point on the map. Open up the map and look for Petra Venj's icon, she'll be in a different location each week. The quest to find Toland only appears after the Ascendant Challenge has been completed, so players who are quick can complete the challenge, get back to Petra for the bounty, Challenge: The Shattered - Toland Located, and then rush back to the Ascendant portal.
The location of Toland changes every week with every new Ascendant Challenge. In order to find Toland, head to where the weekly Ascendant Challenge portal is located, use a Tincture of Queensfoil, and head inside. Toland doens't look like a character, NPC, or even some kind of human, he is actually a white wisp floating around in a hidden location. His location can change if the Ascendant Challenge is completed or failed, so multiple entries into the portal may be necessary. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the Ascendant Challenge changes each week and that Toland can be in numerous locations, it's impossible to pinpoint exactly where he might be. A good tip is to spend some time walking around the Ascendant Plane looking for any lights moving around, as this will likely be Toland.
