Ok, not exactly, but apparently some 13 not-so-nice government agencies are secretly tracking users. This is despite the White House prohibiting it. They are apparently dropping cookies in and viewing how you go about going to various websites, and these aren't the type that expire after 30 minutes. Oh well, people actually go to Government sites?
