Congratulations! You now have an AES-256 ecrypted key. But how does one read it? You can hardcore electrical engineer all you want, with that kind of ecryption you either get lucky early on or you never brute force it. The problem is the sheer amount of computing power and electricity required. And my solution suggests a unique ID for each console, so one key wouldn't do anything for another console.
We agree that Sony failed.
