But much worse the AI was fucking atrocious. Or not the AI, but the enemies "popping in". He clears one group, steps ten feet to the right, and another group suddenly appears out of thin air. If they were always there, why didn't they help in the initial firefight? Or if they weren't there to begin with, how did they suddenly appear? If it was Star /Trek I'd assume they transported in, but I've never seen this effect in Star Wars. After he dispatches the second group, a THIRD group "magically" appears, standing there like automatons until he begins blasting at them!
Ugh. Now, I just watched it briefly on a small laptop screen. Feel free to let me know if I missed something (e.g. did a vehicle drop them off? did they pop up from trap doors in the ground?). But I don't think so.
The graphics were also a bit dated. I'm playing Mass Effect right now, and while I'm enjoying it, the engine is definitely a step back from the Gears of War series, which I just finished a few days ago. But this game is a step back even from Mass Effect! Lower poly counts on the characters, lower-rez textures, etc. It looks okay, but as I said, it looks dated.
