Xbox 360 getting cloud storage
by Steve Watts, Jun 06, 2011 1:11pm PDTCloud storage is being added to the Xbox 360, according to an e-mail from corporate VP of Xbox Live Mark Whitten. The functionality will add the ability to access game saves, full profile information, Microsoft Points for purchasing, Achievements, and friends lists. The announcement also promises the end of difficult "gamertag recovery," since you should be able to recover it from anywhere easily.
A timeline wasn't mentioned for the new feature, but it seems likely that it will hit this fall alongside the other announced updates like live TV.
