Do you play them??
I know the nostalgia is always cool but reality is totally different and imo most old games suck if you try to play them for more than half an hour?
Anyway, I don't understand what you mean when you say you buy the games to support their cause.
What cause?
First of all it's a business. Second, they are selling software that otherwise have no value, since it's not a product that is sold retail anymore (not something in high demand) it's just a virtual copy of something old that had it's course in the market.
I would understand "supporting the cause" if they were lobbying these old softwarehouses/publishers to give the games away for free, but they're selling it!
