I don't get it. This thing is retarded expensive for a cell phone. I hated paying $200 for mine. Now if I actually needed all the PDA stuff I'd go for one of those blackberry-type things, but seriously. wtf? Is it because it's Apple and it's hip to like Apple stuff? How does all that warrant two-and-a-half-times the cost of a normal, fully functional cell phone?
Most importantly how is the voice quality? All services seem to use as low quality as possible, I can barely understand people on the phone unless they enunciate perfectly. Is this a service bottleneck, or is it restricted by the phone?

Since the feature set was first released with no mention of Word/Excel and Exchange server support, the Word/Excel reading support has been announced and the Exchange server support appears to be coming. They know they can't hit the business market without this stuff, I think it's just a matter time.
Anyways, I'll await the deluge of reviews, no point in speculating further now that it's already been released. I'm really curious about what people say about the touch screen keyboard after a few weeks since early opinions seem to vary so much.
