From Dust coming to PC on July 27
by Steve Watts, Jul 07, 2011 2:55pm PDTFrom Dust will be available for PC on July 27 for $14.99, Ubisoft announced today. Usually Summer of Arcade releases enjoy a period of Xbox Live Arcade exclusivity before hitting other platforms, but From Dust is apparently exempt. It's unclear what this means for the planned PlayStation Network release.
As part of the announcement, Ubisoft released its third developer diary, showing off a lengthy stretch of gameplay. You'll take on the role of a god, helping a primitive tribe brave the elements in pursuit of knowledge, with dynamic factors changing up the game each time. It took home the Best Strategy Game award from the Game Critics Awards at this year's E3, so it's definitely one to watch. Check out the new dev diary below.
