Last night, New York City got peppered pretty hard by a snowstorm. While most people here have been cursing the arrival of such weather, I'm kind of happy about it. It doesn't really snow like this in Toronto anymore--or at least as much as I remember it did when I was a kid. It's nice to see everything covered in a blanket of white.

Also, I'm not cursing because I don't have to shovel an inch of this stuff. If I did, then I would be cursing like a sailor, right along with them all.

    this is common for ohio, the road crews just completely failed this time.
    
    we had more snow than this early december, but they kept up with plowing.

        we are talking about ten inches of snow on your roof covered with a quarter-inch layer of ice. it's dangerous to not clean it off. shit, there have even been cases of ice sheets destroying someone's windshield. you'd be pretty pissed off if that happened to you!

        yea but that only works for a bitch ass amount of snow. once it really snows you're fucked if you don't wipe off your entire car. but people are lazy and then they crash or cause other people to crash cause they can't see out their windsheild or snow flies off their windsheild and block someone elses.

    Same here. It recently snowed here in NC and some of these dumb asses would leave so much snow on their hood, they must have had trouble seeing the road.
