  Elitism on the shack is horrible enough. Its like a lot of people on this website believe they are entitled to something because they post in the comments a lot. Is that some sort of achievement? Or a sign you really have nothing else to do with yourself than making obscene amounts of posts on an internet website?
  
  We have a lot of lurkers who regularly play TF2 and never post on the shack, and this is alright. If someone is on the server acting like an infant and disrupting the game, that is something different. But this is FAR from limited to lurkers, regulars do it all the time as well (see: medics healing each other "strategy") Should they be kicked and banned as well? It would only be fair.
  
  Changing the password just doesn't work as well, it stems the tide for a little while, but it will always get back out there. What needs to really be done is give several of the regulars RCON and let them deal with idiocy. However, these admins must be selected carefully (see: XAlexDudeX getting admin on CS servers lol, that was a riot). It should also be kept secret from the general server population, becoming an admin should be a personal thing, to take care of idiocy, not something to be touted by the person the second they become an admin.
