Hey Shackers,

Some of you may be wondering how Shacknews Mercury has been going. Revenues from the first day and a half of our subscription service are three times of the total advertising revenue we received in the entire year of 2017.

My company laid off 46% of their employees today, and this was after laying off 40% earlier this year. We're down to under 40 people. I was employee number 33 in 2017, at one point we had over 200. This market is rough. I'm glad to still have my job, but I'm seriously going to miss a lot of the people they let go. I'm curious what percentage of companies have had layoffs since 2023. How is everyone else's company doing? Do you feel secure in your future employment or are you worried about shit hitting the fan in the near future?

Looks like my shelves have enough space for my PS2/3/4/5 libraries, but I need to tidy up and organize a bit better before I can be sure that it'll fit my PSP and Vita games

Divorce over. Our marriage was almost 3 years. She wanted everything since we started dating. Lost one million dollars because we lived together before we were married and they backdated all earnings to when we started living together. GG Washington State. This is after she got my cat killed by coyotes last month. The only thing I had asked for in the settlement. Paid off her student loans, supported her in grad school, and this is the result.
