Yes, let's see:
There was the first patch that resolved a couple bugs like the "5 lines of text" issue that we'd all already solved ourselves by editing the .ini files. Oh and it added wonderfully corrupted graphics for all of us on DX9 machines (WinXP, which is likely the largest segment of your audience) just in order to fix the game's support for some 3D Goggles nobody uses. So you fixed the graphics for, what, five customers, and simultaneously broke them for a massive segment of your customers. And how the hell that got through QA is a mystery -- unless of course you didn't QA the patch.
And then over a month later, there was a second "patch" which really wasn't a patch at all, it was just some of the DLC's content including SecuROM, sitting there dormant but waiting for you to buy the DLC so it could be activated. A completely unnecessary thing to be adding to a game purchased and installed via Steam, as any gamer (or Valve employee for that matter) could have told you.
So you've released two "free updates", neither of which was very useful, and neither of which addressed the major outstanding issues your forums are filled with posts about. So you talking about how much attention and care you give to this game post-launch is sort of laughable to those of us sitting here over a month post-first-patch, waiting to see GearBox fix the graphics they broke and address the issues with the game.
I'll tell you what, if you release a patch in the next two weeks that actually addresses the issues that have been posted about ad nauseum on your forums for the past two MONTHS and actually fixes the console-itis this game suffers from despite the grandest laudatory assurances about how it was being developed for the PC on the PC (by the founder of this site, no less), I'll go back to being one of your biggest fans as I was up until shortly after the first patch negatively impacted my Borderlands experience and no solution was forthcoming from GearBox to remedy it.
And I'll know you've actually put some attention to detail into fixing the game if I can use my mouse to scroll my cursor down the list of Weapons Proficiencies in my character's profile and it doesn't skip over (and refuse to ever highlight) Sniper Rifle like has been the case since launch. And when I can finally use the mousewheel to scroll vertically through menus that are longer than the menu window (like the Graphics menu). And when I scroll my mousewheel to read the Quest descriptions and it doesn't just work one time and break, it always works. And when I can set my field of view in a Game Options menu. And when I set it to 100, it stays there. And when we can set the voice comms to Push To Talk (and assign it to a button) instead of only Always On or Disabled. You get the idea. I hope.
