I've used iTunes on XP, Vista, and Windows 7. I've used it on multiple different computers. It's been extremely slow and unresponsive on all of them. It's not user error. I'm willing to concede it might be fine on OSX, but on Windows it's terrible. Not even the UI or featureset or anything, just the basic ability to run smoothly.
