No, not exactly.
"Retroactive" doesn't apply until we see the new EULA. Google might retain rights to anything I upload with Chrome between now and the rewrite. Currently I would be trusting your word on this.
I know it's a beta and everything, but this has all been *so* sketchy for a company that already has lots of serious privacy concerns floating around already.
If you didn't work for google, would you post code that you wrote in Chrome?
I will certainly not post or view anything that I made that my livelihood depends on via Chrome.
