What's a good brick & mortar store to buy silverware from? On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being god-like flatware, I'm looking for a 6 or a 7. ish.

I'd go to Target but I already bought some from them a few years back and it was utter shite.

  Kohl's, if you have one. Hit them after Christmas if you can wait, as they usually do buy one, get one free on flatware and dishes to clear inventory. I hit them after Christmas last year and loaded up on Odeida flatware and Pfaltzgraff dishes to stock the cupboards in the new house.
